Do the seamless items shrink after washing?
No, our seamless items do not shrink after washing. All of our items have been preshrunk to ensure they maintain their size and shape even after multiple washes.
Are the gym shorts true to size, or should I size up/down?
Our shorts are very much true to size, so we recommend sticking with the size you normally wear for the best fit. If you are in-between sizes then we recommend sizing up.
