DISPATCH TIMES:
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays in the UK.
Place your order before 2:30 PM BST (Monday–Friday) for same-day processing!
Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. UK Pre-12 DPD delivery is available Monday–Thursday. Weekend Pre-12 delivery is not guaranteed.
⚠️ Important: Delivery times may be longer during public holidays (e.g. Christmas, New Year).
Damages and Issues
If the delivery packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please ensure that you take a photo or video before unpacking the parcel. If you unpack the parcel, please ensure that this is video recorded. If this is not done, it may mean that we are unable to assist further should there be an issue.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your shipping bag is damaged, please record a video before you open the parcel.
Free shipping may exclude the following: Military bases, islands and the Scottish highlands.
EU & International Shipping
We ship EU orders via DHL, FedEx, La Poste, DPD, and Deutsche Post from our UK distribution centre. Duties and taxes are covered on orders up to €150. For orders over €150, additional charges may apply upon delivery.
For the US, orders under $800 USD are completely duty and tax-free. For Australia, orders under $1000 AUD are also duty and tax-free.
